I am a Senior Product Designer with experience designing and scaling SaaS products and enterprise platforms. I work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, turning complex problems into scalable, outcome-driven solutions.
My role extends beyond interface design. I contribute across the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and strategy to delivery and continuous optimization—partnering with cross-functional teams to make informed decisions based on research, data, and business objectives.
Throughout my career, I have helped improve customer journeys, increase conversion, reduce operational friction, and drive measurable business impact. Responsibilities: Lead design initiatives across both Discovery and Delivery phases, leveraging Jira to manage workflows and ensure alignment between product strategy and execution. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from user research and problem definition to solution design and implementation support. Focus on outcome-driven design by defining success metrics, validating hypotheses, and using qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve the user experience and business outcomes.

Role: Product Designer
Period: October 2022 – October 2024
Responsibilities: Worked in a hybrid role, balancing technical mentorship for designers within the consultancy while serving as a strategic design partner for BTG Pactual. Embedded within the Business Financing and Credit squad, I contributed across multiple financial products, leading end-to-end design initiatives from problem discovery to solution delivery. Collaborated closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives. Leveraged Kanban practices to optimize workflow management, improve team efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities: Contributed to critical banking products focused on deposits, payments, and security, working within cross-functional teams composed of Product, Engineering, and Data professionals. Led discovery activities, including qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and insight synthesis to uncover user needs and inform product direction. Leveraged event tracking and analytics dashboards to support data-informed decision-making and measure product performance. Beyond hands-on design execution, facilitated stakeholder workshops, alignment sessions, and collaborative initiatives to drive strategic clarity and team alignment.

Role: UX/UI Designer
Period: September 2020 – May 2021
Responsibilities: Ensured feature and design parity across mobile app and web platforms, adapting user journeys to different usage contexts while maintaining consistency in experience and functionality. Supported the maintenance and evolution of the company’s Design System by building and refining reusable components to ensure visual and technical consistency across products. Monitored product usage metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and to validate the success of new releases in collaboration with the development team, contributing to data-informed product iterations.

Responsibilities: Focused on both strategy and execution by developing user journey maps, information architecture, and navigation flows to structure complex digital solutions. Created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to validate and communicate design decisions. Contributed to the development of style guides that served as the foundation for scalable and consistent design systems, supporting product implementation and long-term design consistency across teams.
